What can you provide?
We can provide single sided, double sided or 4 layer boards. These boards are Professionaly made, with Solder Mask & double sided Silk Screening (White on Green).
How does this service work?
Send me your GERBER or .brd files (prefered) in a ZIP, What layers you want on Silkscreen - Your required amount (Any amount from 1 up) - Your Name & Address, I'll Verify to specification (See Below). Then send you an e-mail(normaly within 24 hours) with COST and Approx Delivery Time. I'll add your design to our panel service once payment is recieved.
Our main provider is UK based, and I will always try to get the boards produced in the UK. We're not the cheapest, or fastest because of this. We don't want to use companies that exploit there staff. Our boards are all 100% E-Tested. The finish is normaly green, but our supplier reserves the right to change this without notice, so your boards may be any colour(sorry I cant take orders for specific colours YET).

Cost of this service :
There are some fixed costs I have to cover e.g. P & P, Tooling setup e.t.c.
- The boards arrive here - then dispatched by your choosen method (Royal Mail - 2nd class, 1st Class, Parcel Post or courier) as soon as I split out the orders. I will post to most of world.
- Payment by PAYPAL or Bank Transfer.
- We will always quote the LOWEST price we can negotiate with our suppliers

Our Service normal runs twice weekly, - Close of board is Sunday 21:00(to goto manufacturer on Monday) or Wednesday 15:00 (to goto manufacturer Wednesday evening).
What are the specifications I should use?
Minimum sizes : 8 mil Trace & 8 mil spacing, 15 mil border around board - These are the minimum, but as usual please try to use as large a trace & spacing as possible. Double sided boards with vias, and plated drilled holes - There may be tabs connected to your boards that easily snap off - Finishing Service Available (Remove tabs, sand flat, and round off corners. Ask in E-Mail)
